    • Will have two operational Biodiesel plants in 2007, each with 15MM gallon annual capacity (app. 50’000 tons) in the State of Georgia, and with the participation of former President Jimmy Carter and the State Government.

    • Expansion capacity on current sites, and 2 other available properties in Georgia will add another 45MM gallon and 60MM gallon of capacity in 2008 and 2009, respectively, bringing total projects under development to 90MM gallon (300’000 tons) in 2008 and 150MM gallon (500’000 tons) in 2009.

    • Both the Georgia plants have offers for long-term contracts for their entire production from leading soybean crushing facilities. The region has ample supply of soybean-, cotton- and peanut oil.

    • With the support of President Carter, the State of Georgia and the Mayor of Plains, we have identified sufficient demand from the regional public sector alone to cover all of our production. We also see a huge potential from regional and nationwide train, bus and fleet operators.

    • Proven transesterification process technology.
